Just focus on the present thing and talk to your mind like he is your kid.

2.    Get control of things or situations:

Do not lose control of things or situations. Even if it seems like, then be active take control of things. If you are getting anxious or stressed about something, then tell yourself that thing is not bigger than you. You can handle this situation with great capacity. Hold on to your emotions too. Do not let your mind make you an emotional fool or a person suffering from a river of emotions.
